About Company:
Tastee Fried Chicken was founded by Olayinka Pamela Adedayo. It began as an extension of Tastee Pot, an outdoor catering company serving Nigerian and continental food at special events. The catering company still exists as Tastee Fried Chicken's catering operation. In 1997 Mrs. Adedayo incorporated Tastee Fried Chicken and opened her first location in Surulere, Lagos State. She based her restaurant on the business model of the American fast food chicken restaurant Kentucky Fried Chicken, where she had previously worked as a manager. Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Branch Manager to anchor the operational engine of our Lagos-based outlets. In the specialized landscape of Nigeria’s Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector, success is defined by "Branch Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume food production with the clinical precision required for Budget Control, Recipe Adherence, and Brand Representation. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Production Grit" (supervising complex section schedules and sales managers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to interpret financial data and set production goals.
Requirements:
1. Fiscal Orchestration & Resource Governance
Budget Sovereignty: Monitor outlet budgets and execute cost-reduction initiatives with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Expense Control."
Stock Architecture: Ensure strict adherence to recipes and zero stock-out incidents, providing the "Structural Foundation" for consistent product availability.
Supply Stewardship: Liaise with appropriate departments to ensure raw material availability and conduct rigorous quality checks, ensuring the "Source of Ingredient Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Personnel Logic
Supervisory Sovereignty: Lead and train Sales and Production Managers, acting as the primary "Source of Workforce Accountability."
Operational Architecture: Review all outlet reports with unit heads and develop comprehensive summaries for management, providing the "Functional Foundation" for executive visibility.
Inter-unit Stewardship: Liaise with Audit and Accounts departments to ensure the smooth running of the outlet, maintaining the "Source of Compliance Integrity."
3. Brand Integrity & Performance Power
Quality Sovereignty: Ensure that premium quality food is produced and served at all times, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Trust."
Hygiene Architecture: Enforce strict personnel and environmental safety standards, providing the "Safety Foundation" for a world-class dining environment.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Excellent Data Analytics to interpret financial data and optimize production goals in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Branch Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the field (preferably QSR, Hospitality, or Retail Management).
Tech Mastery: Excellent Data Analytics skills and ability to interpret financial data.
Attributes: Strong time management, ability to prioritize in complex environments, and a high sense of integrity.
