Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deposit mobilization, business development, and operational excellence, coupled with strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and outstanding customer service.
- Drive deposit mobilization and implement strategies to achieve or exceed branch revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and motivate the branch team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the branch’s market share.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in branch management or a senior banking/financial services role.
- Proven success in deposit mobilization and business growth strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, compliance requirements, and market trends.
Salary
