Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based solutions, including smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps)

• Write, test, and secure smart contracts using programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go

• Set up and manage blockchain nodes, ensuring network security, scalability, and optimal performance

• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications for seamless platform functionality

• Implement security protocols and conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of blockchain systems

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to design and implement new blockchain features

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of blockchain architecture, development processes, and smart contract codebases

• Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies and apply innovations to enhance existing solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain functionality and performance

Requirements:

• Proficient in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Rust for blockchain development

• Hands-on experience with blockchain frameworks and tools, including Truffle, Hardhat, and Remix

• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and secure coding best practices

• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and token standards, such as ERC-20 and ERC-721

• Experience with version control systems like Git and implementing CI/CD pipelines for blockchain projects

• Proven experience with cross-chain interoperability and layer-2 scaling solutions

• Strong understanding of blockchain consensus algorithms, including Proof of Work (PoW) and Proof of Stake (PoS)

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active participation in the blockchain developer community

• Solid knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including their blockchain services and deployment tools

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in blockchain development

• Proven professional experience as a Blockchain Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot
