Job Description:

We are seeking high-potential, structurally elite Graduate Trainees to anchor the future talent engine of BPS. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the learning curve and the precision of the output success is defined by "Foundational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize departmental rotations with the clinical precision required for Operational Tasks, Data Research, and Professional Integration. This 12-month program is designed for "Talent Architects", specifically graduates under 26 who have completed their NYSC who can blend "Intellectual Grit" (executing Excel-based problem solving and technical assessments) with the "Adaptive Agility" required to transition across two distinct business functions every six months.

 

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Rotational Governance

  • Task Sovereignty: Deliver assigned operational tasks on time and to standard with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Reliable Output."

  • Rotational Architecture: Navigate two distinct business functions (6 months each), providing the "Structural Foundation" for a holistic understanding of how BPS operates.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

  • Research Sovereignty: Support high-fidelity research, analysis, and documentation, acting as the primary "Source of Data Support."

  • Adaptation Architecture: Pivot quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cross-functional agility.

  • Ownership Stewardship: Flag issues early and take full ownership of assigned projects, maintaining the "Source of Operational Proactivity."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power

  • Engagement Sovereignty: Actively participate in meetings and training sessions, acting as the primary "Source of Knowledge Acquisition."

  • Relational Architecture: Work effectively across teams and locations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a positive team environment.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize the 12-month development cycle to accelerate the "Trainee-to-Contributor" transition, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Talent Throughput."
