Job Description:
We are seeking professional and customer-centric Bank Tellers to join our branches in Victoria Island, Epe, Apapa, and Ikeja. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will serve as the face of the bank, responsible for providing seamless financial transactions and exceptional service.

Requirements:
1. Transactional Excellence
Cash Management: Process deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately and efficiently.
Verification: Perform rigorous verification of signatures, dates, and amounts on financial instruments (checks, withdrawal slips) to prevent fraud.
Currency Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer throughout the day, ensuring all physical cash matches the digital ledger at close of business.
2. Customer Relations & Liaison
Service Quality: Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, and bank products with professional clarity.
Issue Resolution: Handle basic customer complaints or discrepancies with a solution-oriented mindset, escalating complex issues to the Head of Operations when necessary.
Promotional Awareness: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products (e.g., mobile apps, savings plans) to customers during routine transactions.
3. Compliance & Security
Regulatory Adherence: strictly follow Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines during all transactions.
Internal Controls: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding customer information and internal banking procedures.
Digital Accuracy: Ensure all entries into the banking software are error-free and completed in real-time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory Profile
Education: NCE or OND qualification only.
Age Limit: Must not be above 27 years of age.
Location: Candidates must be able to commute to Victoria Island, Epe, Apapa, or Ikeja.
