Job Description:

We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Back-End Operations Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of our daily operations. You will be the engine behind the scenes, managing the systems, inventory, and logistics that maintain our high standards of excellence. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who loves structure and is ready to grow into a senior operational leader.

Requirements:

• Operations Oversight: Manage daily coordination of workflows to ensure smooth business operations.

• Inventory & Procurement: Take charge of stock management and coordinate procurement processes to ensure all resources are available when needed.

• Quality Control: Oversee housekeeping standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure our facility always meets premium expectations.

• Maintenance & Vendor Liaison: Track maintenance requirements and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely repairs and service delivery.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational records, manage SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and prepare insightful reports for management.

• Tech-Driven Efficiency: Utilize digital tools and software to streamline back-end processes and inventory tracking.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or hospitality-related role.

• Skills: Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Familiarity with SageOne or similar ERP/inventory software is a distinct advantage.
