Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. This is a vital role for an ambitious professional tasked with driving our corporate expansion. You will be the primary link between our solutions and the Lagos corporate market, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and consistently smashing performance targets. If you are a seasoned closer with a talent for relationship-building and a data-driven approach to sales, we want you on our front lines.

Requirements:

  • Business Development: Proactively scout and qualify new B2B opportunities to aggressively expand our market footprint.

  • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, building durable, high-value partnerships that drive retention and recurring revenue.

  • Pitch & Negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations and confidently lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.

  • Performance Accountability: Own your pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and mapping out potential high-growth segments.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions to ensure total visibility.

  • Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure our onboarding process matches the quality of the sale you delivered.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Proven, verifiable track record of success in B2B or corporate sales.

Salary

N128,487.84 per month
