Job Description:
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits, including operational, financial, and compliance audits across different departments and branches.
- Perform audit testing and document audit procedures in accordance with audit programs.
- Analyze business processes and identify control weaknesses, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare clear and concise audit documentation and reports outlining audit findings and recommendations.
- Follow up on previous audit findings and ensure corrective actions have been implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant audit or accounting experience; prior experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to warehouses, ports, or branch offices as needed.
