Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Associate Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of our business projects, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and objectives are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in project planning and strategic execution.

Requirements:

  • Project Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project workflows to ensure milestones are met on time.

  • Coordination & Tracking: Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

  • Meeting & Administrative Support: Prepare meeting agendas, document key outcomes, and handle the creation of project reports and presentations.

  • Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams across the organization to ensure smooth cross-functional alignment.

  • Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential project roadblocks, assist in developing mitigation strategies, and support resource planning.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the evaluation and refinement of project workflows and documentation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar administrative role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time management, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

  • Adaptability: A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
