Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes and a passion for ensuring that products meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Support the Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and standards.
• Oversee daily quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to address any quality concerns and ensure continuous improvement.
• Investigate product defects or issues and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or other relevant quality certifications is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
