We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for an Assitant Operations Manager at our branch at Iyana Ipaja, Lagos State.
• Assistant Operations Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation in the organization by supporting the operations manager to achieve predefined organization goal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in budget planning, cost control measures, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, including analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree
• 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
• Applicant must have worked in a similar industry (Compulsory).
