Job Description:
- To ensure efficient administration of regional sales operations by managing sales data, supporting field sales teams, coordinating logistics, and optimizing processes to drive sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and performance analytics.
- Support the regional sales team by ensuring seamless administrative processes and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate sales logistics, including order processing, stock availability, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor sales team performance and ensure timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement efficient sales support processes to improve productivity.
- Liaise with finance and supply chain teams to ensure proper invoicing, payment processing, and stock reconciliation.
- Facilitate communication between regional sales teams and the national sales administration office.
Requirements:
- Have a strong understanding of end-to-end sales administration processes, including order processing, stock coordination, delivery tracking, and the order-to-cash cycle.
- Have proven ability to analyze sales performance data, KPIs, and regional reports to identify trends, gaps, and operational inefficiencies.
- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and dashboard reporting) and the capacity to generate accurate, data-driven sales insights.
- Have hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems for sales reporting, invoicing coordination, and stock reconciliation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification and proficiency in Advance Excel, ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is high important.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in sales administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG sales operations and process improvement is an added advantage.
