Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Assistant to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.
• This role is essential for maintaining high standards in laboratory practices and supporting analytical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold good laboratory practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with proximate analytical procedures is required.
• Maintain effective interpersonal relationships and demonstrate credible communication skills.
• Ensure proper filing of analytical procedures and all relevant laboratory certificates/documents.
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• Good Laboratory Practices: Ability to demonstrate adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Analytical Skills: Familiarity with proximate analytical procedures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities to work effectively within a team.
• Organizational Skills: Proper filing and documentation management of laboratory procedures.
• Technical Skills: Experience in calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
