Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Assistant Front Office Manager to support our Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our front desk. If you are a hospitality professional with a passion for guest satisfaction, team leadership, and maintaining the high-level standards of a luxury brand, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our management team and the daily guest experience, ensuring that every stay starts and ends with excellence.

Requirements:

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Daily Oversight: Assist in supervising front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services to ensure seamless workflows.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Uphold high standards of service in line with our brand culture. You will handle VIP guests, manage special requests, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure that every guest issue is handled promptly to maximize satisfaction.

  • Flow Management: Monitor room availability, manage reservations, and oversee room allocations.

Team Supervision

  • Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff to ensure everyone is aligned with our service standards.

  • Performance Management: Assist with staff scheduling, conduct team briefings, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure a high-performing, motivated team.

Financial & Administrative Strategy

  • Revenue Optimization: Support upselling strategies to maximize room revenue and monitor daily revenue reports and occupancy levels.

  • Cost Control: Assist in managing departmental budgets and controlling operational costs.

  • Communication: Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance departments to ensure clear, accurate communication of guest needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in front office operations, preferably within a luxury hotel brand.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong, practical knowledge of hotel management systems—specifically OPERA—is required.

  • Leadership Skills: You have a proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems under pressure, and manage performance.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a natural diplomat who remains calm and professional at all times.

  • Availability: You are flexible and willing to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays to meet the demands of the hotel industry.
