We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Assistant Brand Manager – Design & Innovation acts as the bridge between marketing strategy and visual execution, enhancing consumer engagement and market appeal across touchpoints including packaging, social media, in-store visibility, and digital platforms.
  • This role is responsible for transforming creative ideas into impactful brand visuals, packaging, campaigns, and design-led innovations. 
  • This role leads visual storytelling, brand design strategy, and innovation concept development in alignment with UAC Foods’ commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Design Conceptualization:

  • Translate marketing strategies into creative concepts and visual solutions for new products and brand innovations.

Develop Brand Visual Identity:

  • Design packaging, promotional materials, trade assets, and other brand collaterals to maintain strong shelf appeal and consumer engagement.

Create Social & Digital Content:

  • Produce engaging creatives for social media campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and digital storytelling, including static designs, motion graphics, and 3D animations.

Ensure Brand Consistency:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual identity is consistent across all communication channels.

Drive Trend Integration:

  • Stay ahead of design trends, consumer behaviors, and innovation opportunities to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to align visual output with strategic business objectives.

Manage Agencies & Vendors:

  • Coordinate with external creative agencies, printers, and content producers to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

Project Management & Feedback:

  • Manage multiple design projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver outputs that meet brand and business standards.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years proven experience in graphic design, brand development, or visual communication, ideally within an agency or FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma)
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles & brand architecture
  • Experience in packaging design & label development
  • Expertise in social media creative strategy
  • Knowledge of 3D animation, motion graphics, and storyboarding
  • Project management and ability to work under tight timelines
  • Keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic sense.
