Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and leadership-driven Assistant Branch Manager to anchor the operational engine of our branch. In the specialized landscape of premium real estate where brand reputation is the primary currency success is defined by "Branch Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily activities with the clinical precision required for Sales Supervision, Budgetary Control, and Risk Mitigation. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (supervising sales executives) with the "Strategic Agility" required to implement SOPs and coordinate branch-wide promotional activities.

Requirements:

 

1. Operational Orchestration & Compliance Governance

  • Activity Sovereignty: Coordinate and supervise daily branch activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Smooth Operations."

  • SOP Architecture: Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, providing the "Structural Foundation" for branch integrity.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Support audits and identify operational risks, ensuring the "Source of Corrective Action" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Sales Logic

  • Revenue Sovereignty: Support the Branch Manager in achieving revenue targets and supervising sales processes, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Momentum."

  • Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain high-value relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term business growth.

  • Issue Stewardship: Handle escalated client issues and resolve complaints professionally, maintaining the "Source of Client Satisfaction."

3. Leadership Integrity & Performance Power

  • Team Sovereignty: Supervise, coach, and motivate branch staff to foster a positive work culture, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Excellence."

  • Reporting Architecture: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for management decision-making.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–7 years of sector expertise and CRM tools to monitor staff performance and attendance in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Branch Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Real Estate.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in sales, operations, or branch management (Real Estate preferred).

  • Leadership: Prior supervisory experience is a distinct added advantage.

  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
