We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Are you passionate about driving sales growth in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)?
• We’re looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand market share, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilites

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel decision-makers.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and   customer preferences.
• Track and report sales performance to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with proven success in HORECA.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting tools, data analysis, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
