Job Description:
- The Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive the entire sales management process across the region.
 - The role involves partnering with Key Distributors, Sub-dealers, and Wholesalers to ensure smooth operations, strong business relationships, and consistent sales growth in the designated areas.
 
Responsibilities
- Maintain and increase sales of company products.
 - Achieve sales targets and goals for the assigned area.
 - Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
 - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
 - Monitor team performance and provide motivation to achieve results.
 - Gather customer feedback and conduct market research.
 - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product knowledge.
 
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
 - Excellent customer service orientation.
 - Creative problem-solving ability.
 - Strong sales planning and execution skills.
 - Coaching and team leadership capability.
 - High initiative and enthusiasm.
 - Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
 - Good market knowledge, preferably FMCG.

 - Strong analytical and reporting skills
 
Salary
