Swift Consulting Limited - Our client, an Architectural and Construction industry, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion
• Manage and coordinate design teams and consultants
• Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects
• Support business development with proposals and presentations

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Must reside in Lagos.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
