Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and technically rigorous Architect / Interior Designer to anchor our design studio in Lekki. In the prestigious Lagos real estate corridor, success is defined by "Total Environment Synergy", the ability to harmonize structural integrity with bespoke interior aesthetics. This role is designed for a "Spatial Architect" who can blend "Advanced 3D Modeling" with the "Project Grit" required to lead contractors and oversee the physical realization of luxury spaces.

Your mission is to ensure "Uncompromising Design Fidelity and Flawless Project Execution." You will be the primary creative authority: responsible for translating client aspirations into detailed CAD blueprints, selecting elite finishes, and ensuring every square inch complies with local building codes. If you possess "Exceptional Client Management Skills," a professional license, and a portfolio that demonstrates innovative spatial solutions, we want you to drive our design excellence.

Requirements:

1. Architectural Vision & Digital Prototyping

• Client Synthesis: Collaborate deeply with high-value clients to decode their functional needs and aesthetic goals, transforming abstract ideas into actionable design briefs.

• Technical Modeling: Produce high-fidelity 2D drawings and immersive 3D models using expert-level CAD software to provide clients with a "digital twin" of their future space.

• Innovation Integration: Constantly scan global industry trends to incorporate sustainable materials, smart-home technology, and innovative spatial layouts.

2. Material Stewardship & Aesthetic Selection

• Curation Excellence: Select and specify high-end materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the interior narrative while ensuring durability and luxury.

• Supplier Orchestration: Coordinate with premium suppliers and artisans to source bespoke elements that differentiate our projects in the Lekki market.

• Lighting & Ergonomics: Design lighting schemes and furniture layouts that optimize both the atmospheric mood and the functional flow of the environment.

3. Construction Oversight & Stakeholder Governance

• Design Guardianship: Oversee the on-site construction process, acting as the final authority to ensure contractors implement designs with millimetric precision.

• Stakeholder Synergy: Lead the coordination between contractors, engineers, and vendors, ensuring project timelines are met without compromising design quality.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural plans and interior modifications strictly adhere to Lagos State building codes and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Proven track record in managing architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Licensure: A Professional License as an Architect (ARCON/NIA) is highly preferred and will be a distinct advantage.

• Portfolio Mastery: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing high-end residential or commercial projects in the Lagos region.

Core Competencies

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray.

• Client Diplomacy: Excellent communication skills to manage expectations and present complex designs to non-technical stakeholders.
