Job Description:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of bespoke residential and commercial projects from initial concept through to final completion.
• Create and develop architectural drawings, technical plans, and 3D visuals using CAD or similar software.
• Liaise with clients to understand their design vision, requirements, and budget.
• Prepare design proposals, specifications, and material selections.
• Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise site progress, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and design standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, furniture designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle planning permissions, building control, and relevant compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and client updates throughout each project phase.
• Ensure all design and build deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover.
• Excellent technical drawing and design skills (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures.
