Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to deliver functional, innovative, and cost-effective architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural designs and planning for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
• Prepare drawings, reports, feasibility studies, and project research
• Advise clients on design concepts, project investment opportunities, and space utilization
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and professional standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and government agencies on project-related matters
• Contribute to business development by identifying and securing new project opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience in architectural design and project supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
