We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring projects meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory standards.
• The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for buildings, landscapes, and interior spaces.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet requirements and budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Review and approve project plans, materials, and design modifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and design team members.
• Stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Professional licensure or registration as an Architect preferred. (ARCON & NIA)
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
