Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Officer to provide first-level support for our Facility Management applications and systems.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting users, maintaining data accuracy, monitoring system performance, and ensuring effective utilization of our digital platforms across sites.

Key Responsibilities
User Support:
- Provide first-level support to users on Facility Managementapplications
- Assist users with login issues, navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate and follow up ontechnical issues to responsible parties
Data Entry & System Administration:
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of work orders and reports.
- Support site teams in updating and maintaining system records.
- Monitor daily system usage and follow up on incomplete or missing data.
Data Accuracy & Compliance:
- Conduct routine checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and report inconsistencies for correction.
- Support compliance with system usage standards and reporting requirements.
Reporting & Analytics Support:
- Generate basic reports from FM systems, including work order status and response-time reports.
- Compile and organize data for weekly and monthly reporting.
System Monitoring:
- Monitor system performance and report downtime or operational issues.
- Track recurring user concerns and system challenges for continuous improvement.
Training & Documentation:
- Assist with onboarding and training new system users.
- Support the development of user guides and training materials.
- Maintain records of support requests and actions taken.
- Update system support logs and documentation.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1-3years post NYSC experience in IT Support, Data Administration, System Support, or a related role
- knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- Working knowledge of building maintenance systems or facility management tools is an added advantage.
