Job Description:
The APM Terminals Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to attract, develop, and retain Nigeria’s brightest young talents who are passionate about building a world-class career in the logistics and maritime industry.
This structured 12- to 18-month programme provides participants with hands-on experience, professional development, and cross-functional exposure to key areas of terminal operations, engineering, finance, commercial, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in intensive on-the-job training and departmental rotations across APM Terminals’ operations.
Support operational, commercial, and administrative teams in executing daily business activities.
Contribute to business improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
Demonstrate learning agility, problem-solving ability, and collaboration in team environments.
Uphold APM Terminals’ values on safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Attend and complete all mandatory training modules, workshops, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Eligibility Criteria
A Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) or HND (Upper Credit) from a recognized university or polytechnic.
Must have completed NYSC with a valid discharge certificate.
Not more than 26 years old at the time of application.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
High level of integrity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
