Job Description:
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Analyst, Product Designer to join our Solutions Delivery team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business objectives and enhance product usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into seamless and scalable digital product experiences.
Department: Solution Delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyse user feedback and product performance metrics to improve user experience.
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency across digital products and platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and usability testing activities.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
Professional Qualification:
- Professional certification in UX/UI Design is required.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
