Job Description:
- Drive revenue growth for MTN Nigeria’s Mobile Advertising products by providing sales teams with strong analytical, commercial, and proposal driven support.
- Create campaign solutions, discover new inventory opportunities, supports business development, manage advertiser onboarding, and helps retain and grow advertiser spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Track the progress of sales support activities, campaign preparations, and advertiser deliverables, escalating blockers to the Manager, Mobile Advertising when intervention is required.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal Mobile Advertising processes and methodologies, including proposal standards, pricing guidelines, campaign planning frameworks, and reporting documentation.
- Oversee the quality of internal work output such as proposals, campaign plans, performance summaries, sales insights, and advertising documentation.
- Implement internal analysis procedures to identify performance gaps, revenue risks, or inventory inefficiencies, and relate them to sales objectives and campaign goals.
- Review internal workflows and data validation steps to ensure sales teams receive accurate, timely, and relevant insights for decision‑making.
- Manage the preparation and review of sales support materials, ensuring proper documentation of insights, recommendations, and campaign assumptions.
- Develop recommendations to improve sales processes, campaign workflows, pricing efficiency, and commercial alignment across the Mobile Advertising unit.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations through structured reports, dashboards, presentations, or verbal briefings to the Manager and broader Digital Services team.

Requirements:
- First Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, Economics, or related fields
Experience
3 -7 years work experience which includes:
- 3 years+ experience in digital advertising sales is preferred.
- Have an advertising network or book of business that can yield results to the company within a quarter.
