Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring leader to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in business operations while helping to develop and implement our core growth strategies. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to learn, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and are ready to fast-track their career into a permanent managerial position.

Requirements:

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through or support various departments to build a well-rounded skill set. Your primary duties will include:

  • Operational Support: Assist management with the implementation of new company policies and daily operational tasks.

  • Departmental Insight: Gain a deep understanding of the processes and KPIs of key departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

  • Strategic Planning: Actively participate in strategic planning sessions to drive company goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Support managers in evaluating departmental performance through data analysis, report writing, and revenue tracking.

  • Profitability Improvement: Conduct market and internal research to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and mitigating business risk.

  • Administrative & Reporting: Provide efficient administrative support and prepare/deliver professional presentations to stakeholders.

  • Personnel Development: Develop familiarity with HR and personnel management duties to support future team leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional Background: Prior experience in a management, sales, customer service, or other relevant business field is required.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Analytical Ability: Excellent mathematical and computational skills with the ability to interpret business data.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Soft Skills: A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a genuine desire for professional advancement.

Salary

N170,000 - N230,000 per month.
