We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions that address complex business challenges.
• This role combines technical expertise, leadership capability, and strategic thinking to translate business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• The successful candidate will lead the development of machine learning systems and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into mobile and backend platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions.
• Design scalable AI systems, including:
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Machine Learning models
  • Deep Learning architectures
  • Generative AI models
• Oversee the full AI development lifecycle, including:
  • Data collection
  • Data preprocessing
  • Feature engineering
  • Model training pipelines
• Ensure model optimization, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring in production environments.
• Guide the development and implementation of AI APIs and microservices for integration with mobile applications and backend systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI / ML development.
• At least 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and AI development.
• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks such as:
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • Scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of:
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Deep Learning techniques
  • Predictive modeling
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs with backend systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies, including:
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
• Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with conversational AI systems and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
• Proven experience building production-grade AI applications.
• Background in AI research or published AI-related projects.
• Knowledge of Edge AI and robotics integration.
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring engineers and building AI development teams.
