Job Description:

Are you an AI expert with a passion for democratizing complex technology? Wale University is seeking a visionary AI Faculty Lead to architect the next generation of our AI curriculum. This is a high-impact role for a technical educator who can translate the "black box" of AI into structured, actionable knowledge for a global audience. You will own the end-to-end learner experience—from designing high-level course architecture to delivering live, interactive sessions. If you have the rare ability to explain neural networks or AI ethics with the same clarity you use to write code, we want you to help us build the future of AI education.

Requirements:

1. Curriculum Architecture & Content Design

• Structured Development: Design and develop comprehensive AI course curricula for both live-cohort and self-paced (pre-recorded) formats.

• Instructional Excellence: Create high-fidelity instructional materials, including interactive assignments, real-world case studies, and rigorous assessments.

• Content Translation: Distill advanced AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision, AI Policy) into learner-friendly content without sacrificing technical accuracy.

2. Instructional Delivery & Academic Leadership

• Live Session Mastery: Deliver engaging live lectures, tutorials, and masterclasses that foster critical thinking and practical application.

• Mentorship & Feedback: Provide proactive academic guidance and personalized feedback to support learners throughout their educational journey.

• Program Alignment: Collaborate with the Wale University academic team to ensure all content remains industry-relevant and meets global quality standards.

3. Specialization & Technical Authority

• Domain Expertise: Maintain deep technical authority in at least one AI domain (Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Law, Generative AI, etc.).

• Tool Integration: Integrate modern AI platforms and workflows into the curriculum, ensuring students learn on the tools used by industry leaders.

• Global Engagement: Adapt teaching styles to resonate with a diverse, international audience in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical & Professional Foundation

• Expertise: Demonstrated mastery in a specific AI domain through research, industry experience, or advanced academic work.

• Background: Degree or professional history in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Law, or Business.

• Teaching Pedagogy: Proven experience in curriculum development, technical training, or university-level tutoring.

Core Competencies

• Conceptual Clarity: The ability to explain complex mathematical or ethical AI frameworks to non-technical audiences.

• Multimedia Literacy: Experience producing high-quality educational recordings, workshops, and technical documentation.

• Self-Governance: Highly organized and self-driven, capable of delivering excellence in a remote, asynchronous setting.

• Communication: World-class verbal and written communication skills suited for a global stage.
