Job Description:

• The Technical Supervisor leads the workshop floor, manages technical escalations, ensures repair quality compliance, and monitors the turnaround time for all appliance maintenance.
• Supervise and assign daily repair queues to the maintenance technicians.
• Handle complex technical faults on premium smart home appliances.
• Train technical staff on new appliance models and digital diagnostic tools.
• Interface directly with customers regarding high-level technical complaints.

Requirements:

• HND/BSC in Engineering, Supply Chain

Skills:

• Must possess the 3c's ( Communication, Computer, and Consumer Services)
• Must possess Technical skill and knowledge in Home Appliances and electronics
• Knowledge of home appliances and electronics repair

• Experience Level:

• Mid-Level (5 years experience): Strong background in electronics/appliances.
• Salary: ₦190,000 – ₦250,000 / month
• Senior Level (8 years experience): Master technician status with solid leadership experience.
• Salary: ₦610,000 – ₦800,000 / month
