Job Description:

• Responsible for the physical diagnostics, servicing, and repair of various home appliances. This role combines strong technical hands-on expertise with excellent customer service delivery. Knowledge of home appliance repair and maintenance is required.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning home appliances.
• Log all technical findings, repair steps, parts replaced, and service history into the company’s digital management system.
• Provide clear explanations of technical issues to customers, offer realistic timelines, and deliver reassuring service.
• Provide proper maintenance and repairs of malfunctioning and damaged appliances 

Requirements:

• OND In Engineering for Junior Level, HND/BSC in Engineering for Mid and Senior Level 

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of home appliances and electronics.
• Junior Level (0–2 years experience): Technical Certificate, ND, or apprenticeship in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, or related fields.
• Senior Level (3+ years proven track record): Demonstrated expertise in repairing multiple appliance categories (especially smart TVs, inverters, refrigerators, and AC units).
• Excellent Communication, Computer literacy, and Customer Service skills (The 3Cs).
• Ability to work with digital diagnostic tools and maintain accurate service records.
