We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Afrinvest is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Analysts to join a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training programs, workshops, and courses to develop technical and soft skills.
• Shadow experienced staff and mentors to understand job duties and best practices.
• Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to various roles.
• Assist with project tasks, research, analysis, and documentation.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and team-building events.
• Compile reports, make presentations, and analyze existing systems for improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
• Uphold company values and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Complete fieldwork or visit different work sites when required.
• Seek feedback and guidance from supervisors and peers.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to learn and grow.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and roles.
