Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training programs, workshops, and courses to develop technical and soft skills.
- Shadow experienced staff and mentors to understand job duties and best practices.
- Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to various roles.
- Assist with project tasks, research, analysis, and documentation.
- Attend meetings, seminars, and team-building events.
- Compile reports, make presentations, and analyze existing systems for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
- Uphold company values and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Complete fieldwork or visit different work sites when required.
- Seek feedback and guidance from supervisors and peers.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and roles.
