Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and relationship-driven Affiliate Officer to anchor and expand the external sales network of Mshel Homes. In the premium real estate sector, success is defined by "Network Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a diverse database of external agents and affiliates with the clinical precision required to maintain brand integrity and sales velocity. This role is designed for a "Partnership Architect" who can blend "Direct Networking Grit" with the "Operational Agility" required to manage high-volume site tours, commission structures, and digital marketing support.
Requirements:
1. Network Expansion & Onboarding Governance
Affiliate Acquisition: Continuously scout, identify, and onboard high-potential external real estate agents and affiliates to act as a force multiplier for company revenue.
Onboarding Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new affiliate integration, ensuring they are "Market-Ready" with access to all brochures, pricing, and digital assets from day one.
Database Stewardship: Maintain a meticulous, comprehensive database of all active agents, ensuring all contact data and agreement terms are updated and audit-ready.
2. Support Orchestration & Technical Training
Resource Delivery: Serve as the central hub for property listings and marketing materials, ensuring affiliates have the technical tools (Meta/Google Ad assets, CRM access) to market products effectively.
Knowledge Transfer: Plan and execute periodic, high-fidelity training sessions covering market trends, sales psychological techniques, and shifting company policies.
Tour Logistics: Coordinate and lead site visits and property tours for affiliates and their HNW clients, ensuring a premium "First-Contact" experience that leads to closing.
3. Performance Analytics & Relationship Sovereignty
Metrics & Reporting: Monitor affiliate activity with clinical precision, generating regular performance reports for the Department Manager to track lead quality and ROI.
Commission Governance: Manage affiliate agreements and commission structures, coordinating with the finance team to ensure transparent and timely payment cycles.
Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary diplomat for resolving affiliate complaints or escalations, maintaining high-fidelity relationships even during complex negotiations.
Incentive Engineering: Identify top-tier performers and implement recognition programs or tiered incentive structures to drive long-term loyalty and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Relationship Management; prior Real Estate or Property Marketing experience is highly preferred.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
