Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally minded Administrator to anchor the corporate and back-of-house operations of Royal Mandarin Restaurant. In the premium culinary sector, success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize vendor management, payroll, and regulatory compliance with the clinical precision required to support a 24/7 service environment. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" who can blend "Logistical Grit" with the "Strategic Diplomacy" required to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Operational Governance & Supply Chain Stewardship
Workflow Architecture: Design and implement high-fidelity administrative systems that streamline communication between the kitchen, floor staff, and management.
Vendor Diplomacy: Manage relationships with food suppliers, maintenance contractors, and utility providers, ensuring "Zero-Delay" in the delivery of critical restaurant resources.
Inventory Oversight: Support the procurement team by maintaining millimetric precision in stock records, ensuring the facility is always audit-ready and cost-efficient.
2. Human Capital & Regulatory Fidelity
Personnel Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of staff, including attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and payroll coordination.
Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure the restaurant maintains a "Low-Risk" status regarding health and safety permits, fire certificates, and local government food-handling regulations.
Documentation Integrity: Maintain a high-quality archive of contracts, employee files, and operational manuals, serving as the "Source of Truth" for all corporate data.
3. Fiscal Support & Executive Synergy
Expense Management: Oversee petty cash and office expenditures with clinical accuracy, providing management with clear insights into administrative overheads.
Executive Briefing: Prepare high-impact reports, meeting minutes, and operational summaries for the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making.
Facility Maintenance Support: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that the physical infrastructure of the restaurant (IT, HVAC, Plumbing) remains in "Ready-to-Serve" condition.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Candidates should possess a relevant qualification (Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field).
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or service industry.
Technical Savvy: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with modern office management tools.
