Job Description:
In this position, you will be the backbone of our office, managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and fostering a positive environment. Your ability to handle diverse tasks with empathy and efficiency will directly impact our team’s productivity and professional image.
Requirements:
Office Management: Ensure a smooth, organized environment by managing supplies, equipment, and office logistics.
Operations & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate maintenance, and act as the primary point of contact at the reception.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain secure, up-to-date physical and electronic records; draft correspondence; and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Financial Support: Track and reconcile expenses, process receipts, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Employee Engagement: Build rapport across the team, facilitate positive internal communication, and support social engagement initiatives.
Digital Presence: Stay updated on current innovations and social media trends to help promote our organizational culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.Sc. in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Ideally 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar capacity.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills; strong research proficiency; professional communication capabilities.
Professionalism: A high degree of integrity regarding file security and confidentiality.
Added Advantage: Relevant professional memberships or certifications.
