We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day office operations across multiple locations while contributing to the company’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and reporting across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate facility management, including maintenance, office logistics, and space utilization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems, including contracts, invoices, and HR records.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial documentation, such as budgets, expense reports, and petty cash.
  • Supervise and coordinate office assistants, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Support multiple business locations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Identify and support new business opportunities, helping the company expand and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting, analysis, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably managing multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to contribute to business growth initiatives.
