Job Description:
- Managing daily office operations
- Handling records, reports & documentation
- Coordinating procurement & office supplies
- Scheduling meetings & internal communication
- Preparing reports, presentations & official documents
- Ensuring smooth compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Holds a Degree in Business Admin / Office Management or related fields
- Has 5+ years admin/office support experience
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Is strong in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Can handle confidential information professionally.
Bonus Points (Big Plus)
- Experience with RFP/RFQ preparation & submission.
