Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Administrative Officer to join our team in Ikoyi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring that administrative workflows are seamless and that company records are meticulously maintained. We are looking for a "self-starter" someone who doesn't wait for instructions but takes the initiative to solve problems and improve office efficiency.

The ideal candidate is someone who balances strong interpersonal skills with high-level technical proficiency in data management and digital collaboration tools.

Requirements:

Office Operations & Coordination

  • Daily Management: Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure a professional and productive work environment.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and manage official correspondence with precision.

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to management, handling sensitive tasks and documentation as required.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using advanced digital tools.

  • Information Integrity: Handle data entry, filing, and the organization of company records to ensure easy retrieval and data security.

  • Documentation: Maintain an organized system for all physical and digital documents, ensuring a "paper-clean" and efficient office.

Digital & Technical Execution

  • Tech Optimization: Utilize Google Workspace and MS Office to streamline communication and task management.

  • Excel Mastery: Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, complex formulas) to generate actionable reports for the leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • MS Excel Power User: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory, specifically in creating pivot tables and using advanced formulas.

  • Digital Literacy: Highly comfortable using modern apps, software, and the Google Workspace suite.

  • Organization: Exceptional multitasking abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.

Core Attributes

  • Initiative: A proactive "self-starter" who identifies needs and acts without being prompted.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a corporate environment in Ikoyi.
