Job Description:
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office facilities, assets, and maintenance services.
- Supervise administrative staff and support personnel.
- Manage office budgets and control administrative expenses across the branches
- Manage the rent for all the branches
- Coordinate procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper document management and record-keeping systems.
- Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and office events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support management in operational planning and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years administrative experience, with supervisory responsibility.
