Job Description:
- Act as the first point of contact for Seedbuilders coworking usage/services and coordinate the proper usage/neatness of the physical space.
- Coordination of the physical hub, record keeping, community engagement, and database update of all coworking members from private offices, desk space, training and conference room, virtual office usage, and so on.
- Administrative tasks of ensuring office supplies and services are maintained, including checking inventory/appliances/equipment/services, and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
- Record daily and weekly income/expense of all coworking products, such as open/quiet workstation, office usage, virtual office, training, and conference room usage, thus tracking costs towards maintaining profit margins.
- Provide the hub’s clerical duties, including invoice/receipt, filing, data entry, typing, photocopying, mailing documents, and so on.
- Lead employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular administration and human resource reviews, update company and office policies as needed to improve procedures.
- Scout for needed talents, post job vacancies, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Payroll preparation, track staff attendance, leave requests, and overtime records, and maintain HR databases and staff files.
- Assist in organizing performance reviews, conducting and managing disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor regulations, performing training sessions, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years experience in administration or human resources.
- Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
Salary
