Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations. In this role, you will ensure our office runs seamlessly by handling essential clerical support, communication, and organizational tasks. We are looking for a dedicated individual who takes pride in maintaining efficient systems, enjoys supporting a dynamic team, and possesses the attention to detail required to keep our workflow on track.
Requirements:
Office Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Documentation & Records: Meticulously maintain and organize office files, records, and digital documentation.
Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact by handling incoming calls, emails, and professional correspondence with courtesy and efficiency.
Scheduling & Logistics: Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements to keep the team organized and on time.
Process Efficiency: Assist in streamlining office tasks and ensuring all record-keeping systems remain accurate and accessible.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum qualification of National Diploma (ND).
Age Requirement: Candidates must be not older than 27 years.
