Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to keep our daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, onsite role that balances essential office management with administrative support for our HR team. You will be the go-to person for maintaining a professional workspace and ensuring our HR documentation and recruitment schedules stay on track.

Requirements:

  • Office Operations:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace.

    • Manage inventory for office supplies and essentials, ensuring timely restocking.

    • Coordinate with service vendors (cleaning, repairs, fuel, etc.) and monitor utility services.

    • Handle daily clerical tasks, including document filing, scanning, printing, and meeting logistics.

  • HR & Recruitment Support:

    • Assist with onboarding logistics and organizing employee files.

    • Maintain HR records, track document completion, and manage timesheet collection.

    • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and keeping candidate trackers up to date.

    • Upload and organize documentation on SharePoint.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 0–2 years in an administrative or office support role.

  • Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

  • Soft Skills: Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Availability: Must be reliable and available to work onsite.

Salary

N100,000 / month (with training provided).
