Job Description:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
