Job Description:
- The Admin Supervisor is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient administrative processes within the company.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the bakery.
- Coordinates staff schedules, maintains records, and ensures smooth workflow.
- Supervises procurement of ingredients, materials, and supplies.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and supports management in decision-making.
- Keeps inventory, creates job orders
- Follow up with customer complaints
Requirements:
- BSc/HND/ND/NCE in any field with 2 - 3 years of experience in any discipline.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Good Leadership skill.
