Job Description:
- Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor parcel pick-up, sorting, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, client transactions, and operational data.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff.
- Communicate with customers to resolve service issues promptly.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to streamline processes.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (OND/HND accepted with experience).
- 2 years of previous experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
