Job Description:

 

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor parcel pick-up, sorting, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, client transactions, and operational data.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve service issues promptly.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to streamline processes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (OND/HND accepted with experience).
  • 2 years of previous experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
