Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team in Isolo, Lagos. This is a full-time position ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to support HR operations and daily office functions.

Requirements:

  • HR Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to the HR Manager.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and office documentation.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in coordinating recruitment drives, new hire onboarding, and staff management activities.

  • Operational Reporting: Draft professional reports, manage correspondence, and prepare essential administrative documents.

  • Office Efficiency: Oversee daily office operations and ensure rigorous standards for record-keeping and data management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. degree.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Salary

N150,000 Monthly.
