Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team in Isolo, Lagos. This is a full-time position ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to support HR operations and daily office functions.
Requirements:
HR Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to the HR Manager.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and office documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in coordinating recruitment drives, new hire onboarding, and staff management activities.
Operational Reporting: Draft professional reports, manage correspondence, and prepare essential administrative documents.
Office Efficiency: Oversee daily office operations and ensure rigorous standards for record-keeping and data management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. degree.
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Salary
