Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Admin & HR Executive to manage the operational and human capital functions of our office in Lekki. This role is the central hub of our organization, requiring a professional who can seamlessly transition between high-level executive support, meticulous financial tracking, and strategic HR coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring our office runs with maximum efficiency while building a high-quality talent pipeline and maintaining total regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined multitasker with a background in professional service environments ideally a law firm who understands the importance of discretion, precision, and proactive office management.
Requirements:
Office Operations & Executive Support
Executive Coordination: Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring all meetings, court dates (if applicable), and appointments are scheduled and coordinated for smooth daily flow.
Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office functions, including the procurement of supplies and the maintenance of both physical and digital filing systems.
Client Relations: Handle client communications with a high degree of professionalism, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and database management.
Human Resources & Recruitment
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting compelling job postings and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding of new hires.
HR Management: Maintain an accurate and secure employee database, ensuring all personnel records are up to date and company policies are consistently implemented.
Policy Compliance: Support the firm’s regulatory filings and statutory compliance, ensuring the workplace adheres to all local labor laws and internal standards.
Financial Administration
Revenue Tracking: Prepare professional invoices, track client payments, and take a proactive approach to following up on outstanding receivables.
Documentation: Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and filed to support internal accounting and audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of proven experience in Administration and HR Operations.
Prior experience working within a Law Firm is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong grasp of digital filing systems and database management tools.
