Job Description:
- The Admin & Facility Manager is responsible for the effective management of the Bank's facilities, administrative operations, vendors, and workplace environment to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency. The role oversees property management, facility maintenance, lease administration, renovation projects, procurement support, and general administrative services across the organization.
- Given the importance of ensuring continuous oversight of facility management, administration, vendor coordination, and operational support across the Northern Region, the candidate will play a critical role in maintaining seamless support to branches and regional offices, preventing operational disruptions, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Property Management:
- Manage and maintain all company facilities to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive working environment.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimal functioning of green energy infrastructure, including solar power systems and inverters, across assigned locations.
- Ensure regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of issues affecting solar energy installations and related equipment.
- Oversee property acquisition processes and negotiate favourable lease and purchase terms.
- Manage lease agreements and landlord relationships.
- Allocate and optimize office space utilization across locations.
- Ensure facilities comply with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Administrative Operations:
- Coordinate general administrative services across the organization.
- Oversee cleaning, catering, parking, and other support services.
- Coordinate administrative support for the maintenance and servicing of solar power installations and other critical facility infrastructure.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adequate administrative support for Head Office, Regional Offices, and Branches.
Regional Operational Support:
- Provide continuous oversight of facility management and administrative operations across the Northern Region.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted support to branches and regional offices.
- Monitor the performance, maintenance, and availability of solar energy systems and inverters across branches to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Liaise with service providers and technical vendors to ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and replacement of faulty solar equipment.
- Monitor operational needs and proactively address facility and administrative issues that may impact business operations.
- Ensure timely execution of maintenance, logistics, and support activities to prevent operational gaps and disruptions.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise and provide direction to administrative, maintenance, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including maintenance, grounds, and custodial personnel.
- Perform any other duties as assigned byyour line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, Surveying, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Relevant professional certifications in Facilities Management, Administration, Procurement, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Facilities Management, Administration, Corporate Services, or a related role.
- Demonstrable experience in the management, maintenance, or oversight of green energy solutions, particularly solar power systems and inverters.
- Experience managing multiple locations and vendor relationships.
- Experience in the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
