Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite NYSC Corps Member to serve as an Admin Assistant within the Zetile Group. In a specialized, multi-unit conglomerate environment where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the information flow and the precision of the record-keeping success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize management support with the clinical precision required for Document Control, Procurement Coordination, and Stakeholder Engagement. This role is designed for a "Junior Architect", specifically an active Corps Member with a B.Sc./HND in Business, Social Sciences, or Humanities who can blend "Administrative Grit" (organizing databases and tracking inventory) with the "Professional Agility" required to coordinate executive meetings and briefings.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Information Governance
Correspondence Sovereignty: Manage the drafting and distribution of physical and digital documents with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Information Flow."
Record Architecture: Maintain and organize office databases with absolute confidentiality, providing the "Structural Foundation" for institutional memory.
Integrity Stewardship: Receive and direct visitors and enquiries with professional conduct, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Image" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic
Meeting Sovereignty: Coordinate appointments and prepare briefing notes, acting as the primary "Source of Executive Preparedness."
Procurement Architecture: Support purchase requests and maintain inventory logs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted supply chain support.
Event Stewardship: Provide administrative support during Group-wide activations and programs, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."
3. Professional Integrity & Development Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Assist in the preparation of high-fidelity reports and presentations, acting as the primary "Source of Data Visualization."
Collaboration Architecture: Work directly alongside experienced leadership across units, providing the "Relational Foundation" for multi-sector exposure.
Velocity Logic: Utilize the NYSC service year to accelerate the "Theory-to-Practice" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Professional Throughput" for potential full-time conversion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
NYSC Status: Must be an active Corps Member deployed/redeployed to Lagos State.
Location: Must reside on the Island (Lekki, VI, Ikoyi, Ajah, or environs)—this is non-negotiable.
Education: B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
